Kai was born in Montreal, Canada in the late 70's to a Jamaican father and Guyanese mother. She had the opportunity to spend time living in Jamaica during childhood. She had her first exposures to the occult and spirits during her time there. Kai is also a mother to fraternal twins who have their own sensitivities, and having children that were sensitive was a catalyst in Kai’s own self development in spirituality and divination.

Kai recognized and communicated with spirit at an early age and has spent the last 26 years connecting with spirit as she addressed generational trauma, connecting with spirit energy and deconstructing some of her own belief systems or programing that kept her in a limiting mindset and disconnected from self. Change within self was what she needed. Kai began using different modalities to connect to her higher self and spirit guides eventually leading her to work with others. Kai has had extensive experience & training in energy healing, psychic & evidential mediumship and more.

As a RootWorker, Energy Medium, Holistic Wellness Practitioner, and Mentor she recognizes that this journey of life can often disconnect us from self and source, and feels called to assist others as they navigate their own spiritual journeys and establish a closer connection with self & spirit.ha
