Sessions
In this session Kai will focus on the energy inside and outside your auric fields. Reiki energy will be used to transmute and clear foreign energy bodies and energy cords that no longer support you, restoring your Ki (chi) and balance within self, energizing the mind, body and spirit.
Consider this session an energy check up. This will be an in-depth Chakras reading. Kai will begin in your Soul Star/Karmic Chakra. This is located about 12 to 8 inches above the head. Moving down through each one until we reach the Root Chakra which is located at the base of your spine or pelvic floor region. Being energetically balanced will enhance your overall health, support your emotional balance, and further your spiritual growth.
In this session Kai with the assistance of her guides will connect energetically with you and your spirit helpers. This collective directive will help guide the direction of our session. The session may include sound healing, meditation, breathwork, intention setting, psychic, mediumship or channeled messages.
Want to go a little deeper than one session? This 3 month package is going to be tailored just for you. We will meet twice a month for 1 hour using different modalities such as channeling, guided meditation, breathwork to assist in getting to the root of the matter which is a wonderful act of self love.
